Empowering youth with exciting exchanges

A fundamental philosophy of LIN is to ‘give back’ to the community in which we live, and in particular to the youth.

A concept LIN is exploring are youth exchanges between families in Lanzarote and Ireland, both islands in the North Atlantic.

We will also strive to support the activities of the Atlantic Youth Trust Charity, whose mission is to connect youth with the ocean and adventure, together with other worthwhile causes as determined by the Council.

The Atlantic Youth Trust hopes in the future to bring the STV ‘Grace O’Malley’ Youth Development Tallship to Lanzarote for the winter months, giving young people on Lanzarote who might not normally get the chance, the opportunity to explore the sea.
